A major benefit of Portfolio's ePR/advocacy programmes comes from the metrics they produce, which provide invaluable business intelligence for sales, marketing and other teams within an organisation.

 

Portfolio captures data on all ePR deliveries, enabling market intelligence to be gathered for every client.  This data can then be analysed to determine, among other things, what business, product areas or solutions work best against criteria such as market sector, size of organisation and title/position of respondents.  For instance, when an online newsletter is distributed using ePR we can track downloads against content, enabling data to be captured on which segments of a target audience are interested in different areas of business.  As well as providing valuable intelligence for sales, marketing and business planning, this can also be used to maximise results by tailoring subsequent ePR deliveries to individuals' preferences and interests.
